Mark started where most operators start. Heavy equipment. Landscaping. Hardscaping. Twenty-two years old, running a crew, cashing $400 checks at a check-cashing storefront because the bank treated him like a problem.

He learned brokerage the hard way by watching dealmakers cut him out of his own contracts. He learned hiring by misfiring three times before he got it right. He learned cycle-proofing by living through 2008 as a young operator with no playbook and a payroll that did not care about his feelings.

After that, fractional CMO work across twelve plus industries. Then WETYR Corporation, an operating company that runs and partners with brands across food, services, fintech, education, and aviation.

Outside Path Leads as subject-matter experts on specific Pathways (deep specialization).
